Judge orders trial for foster mom accused of murdering 5-year-old
Joy Heaven, the foster mother accused of killing 5-year-old Emily Meno in July, will head to trial in Kent County Circuit Court, a judge ruled today after seeing a video of the woman giving varying accounts of how the child was injured.
