"If only I was adopted, my life would be perfect."

This is sad.

I am posting this video so that you can see the lies that they tell to these kids. Dreams of forever homes being pumped into their little influential heads, being promoted as bullshit that is being pumped through the television set to confuse and influence the sheep with a particular view on the issue of foster care and adoption.

The hope is that some sucker for a good sob story will come forward and rescue this kid from another 8 years of being bounced through the system. The reality is that these kids are generally lied to, led to believe, or coached into saying that this is what would make their lives complete. "If only I was adopted, my life would be perfect."

Fastening seat belts or insisting on bike helmets are just a couple of ways parents show concern for their children. On Wednesday's Child Liz Everman introduces us to a 10-year-old who is eager to have a parent to care about her.
