Inquiry ordered into inmates' escape from juvenile home
Director women and child welfare, Bihari Swarup, on Sunday visited the juvenile observation home at Mohan Road from where three inmates had escaped on Saturday. Swarup ordered an inquiry into the incident and got the opening, from where the boys escaped, sealed.
