DCFS investigating abuse allegation after girl suffocates on balloon
The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services is investigating an abuse allegation against the father of a 6-year-old girl who died Tuesday after apparently suffocating on a Mylar balloon in her bedroom in southwest suburban Romeoville.
