My son was arrested at 1 pm today in chino California for kidnapping his own children by taking them out of a state that would not help him. His wife is on her way to prison in
west Virgina for drug addiction & felony charges. While serving in Iraq his wife lost the kids to CPS in west Virgina he was forced to leave his career and help his family but it was too late the courts & Cps decided to take custody from him too. My son was living in a rat infested trailer with water dripping from the ceiling his carpet soaking wet from the damage & his children having to walk through that …who in their right mind would think that was ok… Cps did in West Virgina & that was supposed to be in the best interest of kids. My son lost his job & was faced with no way out & no family support in that state, he was born & raised in California & only ended up where he is because his Wife turned to the life of crime. Three days ago my son brought his kids my grandchildren to a safe place to a home & a life that would be better knowing what he might face he did this out of desperation. The sad thing is my son love s his kids and they love him.

My sons wife has lost a child to CPS in this same state in the same court before the same Judge now 9 years later she is before the same court & has lost 2 more children because of her criminal actions , does anyone see something wrong with this & what has gone wrong with are court systems .

My son tried to serve two tours in Iraq but each time had to be brought back to the states to deal with his wife’s action. since he gave up his life in the Army to save his family why was he not able to gain custody of his children . My son & his wife were finally going to gain custody of the kids in May of this year but his wife decided that starting to use drugs was more important than her family, now that she is locked up again & My son attending several court dates in hopes that he would be granted custody they decided to give her another chance after she gets out of jail & continue the CPS case in west Virgina …..how many chances does she need .

All we want is my son to be able to have a life with his children in an area fill with his family who can help him through this nightmare so he does not have to worry about what may happen to his kids maybe next time she will be so far gone from her drug use the one of his children end up dead because CPS said she needed to HAVE NOT 1 CHANCE TO BE A GOOD MOTHER BUT 3 CHANCES.

Not he is faced with criminal charges for Kidnapping witch is a federal crime because he love his kids …Someone help us to keep these kids here in California & my son free he is the Victim & so are the kids shame on the courts in West Virgina for letting this continue .
