DPS, DHS aka CPS, and The Life Support Institute are claiming that we, child's mother and aunt, have unresolved mental health issues, being anxiety and ocd which prompted the magistrate to rule for an emergency removal of our child, who has Autism and is non-verbal. She felt that our unresolved "mental health issues" are keeping us from sending him to school. Which is not true. He has missed a lot of school this year but for different reasons, not pertaining to us. But DPS, DHS and other so called professionals with no PH D's are claiming we have anxiety and paranoia. These are not their diagnosis' because they are not doctor's but the magistrate ruled in their favor anyway. Our child was in no danger in anyway but still he was taken away from us. He does not understand why. He is traumatized.

We need him back home now but they want us going to therapy and parenting classes and whatever else. Why can't we do all of that and be monitored by whoever they want and have our boy at home during us going to therapy. Especially when there is no danger to him.

He needs our love and affection everyday,

Is there any hope of getting him back soon? He needs us, he needs our love and affection everyday.
