Man, 18, foster brother, 17, charged with Elyria break-ins
A 17-year-old Elyria boy and his 18-year-old foster brother are facing burglary charges after alledgedly breaking into several cars and an apartment last week and trying to break into another apartment in the 200 block of College Park.
