Child Advocates Blast Changes To Abuse Hot Line

A reorganization of the Indiana Child Abuse and Neglect Hotline is drawing heat from some child advocates who say calls for help are being overlooked.

Why are these calls being overlooked: We must first see if the calls are being overlooked due to race, gender, age of the children, or is it that the hotline can determine if the calls are coming in from a person who is retaliating against their spouse. The article is not very clear. Or is it that at this time there are no foster homes open and readily available to warehouse the children.
