Judge orders foster-dad, St. Paul ex-teacher child-porn suspect jailed until trial
A federal magistrate ruled today that foster parent and accused child pornographer Gregg Alan Larsen wasn't a flight risk, but that the community would be safer if he stayed in jail until his trial.
