D.C.'s Child Protection Agency Downsizes
The agency that oversees needy children in Washington, D.C. is cutting its staff. More than 50 people got "reduction in force" (RIF) notices Thursday morning.
Note: Ah, they weren't worth a piss hole in the snow anyway.
