Judge Asked to Drop Nude Kiddie Pix Suit
State and local officials in Arizona have asked a federal judge to dismiss a lawsuit brought by a couple who say they were falsely accused of sexually exploiting their three young children.
Lisa and Anthony Demaree of Peoria were the subjects of a year-long investigation, after a photo clerk printed their digital pictures dropped off at a Walmart store in the summer of 2008.
