Foster mother struck off the council’s register because a Muslim girl in her care became a Christian

A foster mother, who has looked after more than 80 children in the past ten years with an unblemished record, has been struck off the register because a Muslim girl in her care became Christian. The reasons given by her local council were that she failed in her duty to preserve the girl’s religion and to prevent the teenager from getting baptised, even though the girl was 16 and had made up her own mind to change religion. The woman has also been forced to move out of her home. She has lost the farmhouse she rented due to the loss of income from fostering.

Can anybody tell a teen anything?

Unless you are liked and respected and have a relationship with teen you are just blowing smoke.

BTW, do the Brits still allow kids to exit school at 16 ?

    That used to be acceptable.

Does CPS or the Councils exist in the real world that everyone else inhabits?

This girl chose of her own God given free will to change her religion, she has the perfect right to do so. Everyone with more than 2 brain cells to rub together know for a fact that adults cannot tell a teen anything unless that teen respects the person first. If there is no respect, the teen won't listen to reason. She probably wanted to change her religion to fit in with her schoolmates that are Christian. Anyone ever think of that or do they think that teens are brainless boobs that are not capable of independant thought?
