Parents cleared of false allegations remain on state's child abuser list

California's child abuse reporting act is unconstitutional because the wrongly accused have no recourse to get off the list. More than a year after that ruling, the state has yet to fix the problem.

I think the Supreme Court ought to deny the appeal because LA County did not bring up the issue by filing a cross complaint against or in the alternative adding the state as a defendant. USSC should tell LA Co. to file a case against the state if they want the state to help out. Isn't this what the appeals courts did in Arkansas to those Alamo parents?
