Florida Girl, 6, Handcuffed After Temper Tantrum at School
A 6-year-old Port St. Lucie girl was handcuffed after a temper tantrum and then, days later after another disruption at school, she was sent to a mental health facility.
Note: I'd be suing the pants off that pig.
