Man arrested for abusing foster children
A 68-year-old Tullahoma man was arrested early Monday morning for abusing foster children in his care.
Police were dispatched to Ovoca Road to a domestic assault between father and son; however, when Officer George Marsh arrived he found 15 year-old had been struck by his foster father, Darrell Wayne Cash, 68, of Ovoca Road. The report alleges that the boy had been hit in his left eye and face with a closed fist.
