Judge condemns councils for funding row that left foster parents with 'poison fruit'

A senior family courts judge has spoken of his "disbelief" at the behaviour of two councils who abandoned a disabled six-year-old boy and left his foster parents to deal with the "poison fruit" of their row over funding.
