Yes that is true they take our children and put them in the worst situations. I am a parent and ACS tookmy children and every child i had after that and i am not charged with anything and they do is make up lies on us parents. The foster agency is Little flowers. Ah, ACS. I am in NYC. ACS is always suspect. The NYPD deplores ACS. Why? The NYPD is evidence based and professional; ACS is the exact opposite.
