This November, Penny Lane will join thousands of individuals, government agencies and child advocacy organizations across the nation in promoting the National Adoption Month 2009 campaign.

She doesn't qualify: she got them on a kinship placement. Oh and those kids don't have RAD: they know she is safe: that's why they feel they can steal from her. That's the crack in their armor.
