Former foster parent in custody on child porn charges
A former foster parent is in custody on child porn charges. Steven Hughes of Newark, who is 52-years old has taken in more than 100 children and operates a business specializing in photographing young children. Hughes who worked as a Santa Claus impersonator advertising home visits was arrested at his second home in Millsboro. He now faces charges related to child porn on a computer.
