I wish I could say I was shocked by this but the fact is, I'm not. I have read so many articles like this where foster children are abused and no one does anything about it. This Every Child Matters is another prime example of how the authorities only look in biological homes. I have made at least a dozen comments on news outlets websites saying that they need to look for abuses and deaths in foster homes as well. Children are way more likely to be abused there than in their real homes. No one listens though. I feel like I'm beating my head against the wall. I'm going to write my own blog article and link to this blog post as I think it's very relevant.
