Attorneys outline arguments in foster child strangling case
Testimony began Tuesday in the trial of a Hamblen County man accused of killing his foster child. 54-year-old Ken Taylor is charged with first degree murder in the choking death of 16-year-old Jordan Kaleb Shelton in November of 2007.
