Charges reduced, probation for former CPS worker

A former Sutter County Child Protective Services worker won't be going to jail for forging a judge's signature on a document authorizing dental surgery for a child.

    CHRIS CHANDLER ALLOWS CPS workers to lie in his courtroom and present falsified documentsand or reports under the direction of Deupty DA Amanda Hopper I have personly witnessed Tony Kildare lie to the courts under Amanda Hoppers supervision A copmlete investigation of CPS is in order to insure that CPS IS NO LONGER ALLOWED TO DESTROY LIVES UNDER THE SUPPERVION OF THE SC DA
