The Teddy Bear Attorney: Providing Comfort to Children in Court System

The Teddy Bear Attorney: Providing Comfort to Children in Court System

Note: "No! You can't have your parents, but you can have a teddy bear."

Tell the nice social worker what she wants to hear and I'll bet that she'll give you a bag of M&M's too.

  1. This lot reminds me of a Case i picked up, while dealing with another Case, in the Coventry Family Court last week.
Due to the professionalism of our Solicitors, the Parents managed to keep their Children.
The second Case was the complete opposite, the Children's Panel Solicitors, were unreal and pandered to the wants of the Local Authority.
Not only did these profeshionals undermine the IQ of the Parents, but stated that they should send the Children's favorite toys with the Children to the new Foster Carers.
I stated that the Social Worker had denied the Parents their Social Services files under the Data Protection act.
The Solicitors also stated that would be the case.i mentioned the data protection act, but was totally ignored.
We are now trying to change Solicitors.
Until then the Teddy Bear goes with the Children, and the interim care order.
