"Mean" Foster Parents
Heartland foster child told investigators he was hurt when he fell off his bike, but officers say the hand print shaped injury on the boy's cheek told a different story.
The 4-year-old boy's foster parents originally said he had run into a door in their home. A second story of an out of control boy who fell against a dresser, investigators say, did not match the physical evidence either.
