I am so sick and tired of all these foster children being killed while in the state's care. I fear it's going to start getting a whole lot worse because with all the financial incentives to become foster parents, people are going to see it as an "easy" way to make money each month. They're going to get overwhelmed and not be able to handle it so they'll be abandoned again over and over. Or else they'll be like Hassini and just disappear. Nobody is protecting these children from these monsters.
