Has Baby P led to more child abuse reports?

Has Baby P led to more child abuse reports?

  1. Presumed Child Abuse, Babies are being taken from Mothers within hours of birth, from Hospitals, on Emergency Protection Orders, Social Services in many Cases have very little evidence, to support such drastic action.
The Family Courts are in meltdown, due to the increase in Care Proceedings, which needs more Guardians, in some areas of the UK thee is a twelve week wait, for Guardians to be appointed, an utter disgrace, when these profeshionals, should be appointed within a week, of Cases reaching the Family Court arena.
The truth is Social Services and Cafcass are letting Children and Families down badly.
