Former Santa Clara County foster youth moves from spotlight to life on her own
A new foster youth moved into Shontale Taylor's bedroom before she even had time to move out. Taylor has no money, no cell phone, no car. She needs work she can squeeze around college classes — and quick, before she loses her coveted slot in a temporary housing program.
