Yes we are advising a newly qualified Social Worker, that has her Daughters name on the special needs register, her Daughter went to School in a ripped cardigan,and the Local Authority started Care Proceedings, but luckily enough the Child was not taken into Care, she was accused of emotional abuse,and will never be able to practice as a Social Worker, due to the CRB issue.
