County worker spared jail for perjury in adoption case

Anthony Noble, a county child protection services worker, was spared a jail term today on his guilty pleas to misdemeanor perjury for courtroom testimony and for charges of creating false documents in an unrelated adoption case, both of which took place four years ago.
