The psycho-drama POPPIES made its Los Angeles premiere at the AOF Film Festival at the Laemmle Theater located in Pasadena, California on Friday, July 24, 2009 . The festival runs July 24–July 31. The full-length feature film is also nominated for “Best Social Commentary Award.”
