Stricter rules proposed on placing children with relatives
A team that reviews child deaths called for an array of changes Friday in how the Bureau of Milwaukee Child Welfare supervises children under its care, prompted by last year's death of Christopher Thomas.
One of the more pointed recommendations is to change the way caseworkers decide whether relatives who aren't licensed foster parents are fit to care for children who need placement.
Note: One bad apple....
Since i have been, contributing to this great site, it seems like in more than half of the tragedies, with reference to Child murders, or suspicious deaths, Foster Carers have been named, in the allegations.
