State finds three citations in death of Bakersfield foster child
Three citations are leveled against a Bakersfield foster home in the death of an infant in their care. Eyewitness News has learned the State Community Care Licensing Division found three deficiencies in the actions of the foster parents connected with the death of a baby last December.
