We are very lucky at PAIN,and have at least 40 good Children's Panel Solicitors, on our books. But we can only get them on board, at the very beginning of a Case, most Solicitors will refuse to transfer over Legal Aid, in the middle of cases, and within recent weeks PAIN clients, have sacked existing Solicitors, who are pandering to LA requests. Such clients are better to try and bring in experienced Mackenzie friends, but these advocates are few,and far between. WELL DONE TO THIS LADY, FOR HIGHLIGHTING A VERY CORRUPT SYSTEM.
