UPenn Unveils New System to Track Childrens' Welfare

A new program has been unveiled that will help improve child welfare.

The program is a computer system that helps different human agencies share information about children. Debra Schilling Wolfe with the field center for children's police and practice at the University of Pennsylvania says all photos, videos and other files will now be accessible from one system:

  1. I wonder if Parents will be able to get hold of these files?, or will it be like everything else with reference to the CPS,CORRUPT AND SECRET,and full of inaccurate data,and lies?
