Texas judge hearing witnesses before ruling on challenge to FLDS search warrant

San Angelo, Texas » A Texas judge on Friday asked to hear testimony from defense witnesses before she rules on whether to allow attorneys for 10 FLDS men to challenge a search warrant used to enter a polygamous sect's ranch last spring.

The same Texas judge who signed the original warrants.

The same Texas judge who ordered CPS to remove 465 children.

The same Texas judge who had what she called a "Cattle call" of a mandatory 14 day hearing.

The same Texas judge who decided the decision (Hers) to take the children was legal.

The same Texas judge who was told by the Texas Court of Appeals and the Texas Supreme Court that the taking was illegal.

Noe she's being asked if her signing the warrants was warranted.

Any clue's on how she might rule?

In other States, CPS violates the Constitution very sneakily. In Texas, they really don't give a shit how blatant they are about it.
