Texas bill could lead to more children being in custody of relatives, not foster care
Child welfare advocates are pushing for late passage of a bill in the Legislature that they say could put more abused and neglected children in the permanent custody of relatives rather than foster care.
Kin care at last,Foster carers will not be rubbing their hands together, for a big fat payout.
ReplyDeleteI hope these relatives, under this clause will be rewarded financially, for this,and not left with financial burdens, only time will tell.
