Ombudsman office cites crisis of confidence in CPS

The Office of the Family and Children's Ombudsman issued a report today that finds a "lack of trust" between parties in the Stevens County/Colville area (background here) puts children at risk of harm.

  1. With Cafcass failing, by as much as 75%,within many parts of the Uk, it just shows you, what happens within the Family court arena?
Guardians are employed by this organization, and are supposed to be independent, their reports often pander, to what the Social Services want, and Judges to tend to make a Judgment, of what is disclosed within this document.
Result if they make the wrong decision, a Child could be left at risk, or the latter,a Family torn apart, by a miscarriage of Justice,
Not much hope within the family courts, with this organizations failure.
