Foster Carers are laughing all the way to the bank, when the Kin care clause, should be used. They should use that money, trying to keep Families together. A recent advert in a local newspaper in the UK, revealed that a Private Fostering agency,were paying their clients up to £800 a week per Child. AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE.
