Woman suspected in boy's death to return to Neb.

A Nebraska woman suspected in the 2006 death of a foster child won't fight extradition from Pennsylvania.

Tisha Vega was arrested last month in Oaks, Pa. On Friday, she agreed to return to Nebraska.
