A Saginaw County study showing that many foster children need mental health help could have statewide impact on how the Department of Human Services operates, officials say.

    Here we go... another money sucking scheme out of Michigan.

    Many children in foster care have unmet emotional needs because they were ripped out of their homes kicking and screaming.

    Many children are in foster care because it is the only way to access mental health services.

    Dumb asses.
