Family courts: now we can judge parents' stories for ourselves

The opening up of family courts to the media is a step in the right direction, argues a senior family lawyer

Note: They'll be bought out, brought into the ranks of the System Sucks, and continue to bullshit the public just like they have been doing since the corporations took over the media. So open the courts to the media all you want. It won't do a bit of good.

  1. Social Workers,and other so called professionals, will be put under scrutiny, by affiliated journalists,which could prevent shoddy practice but the unfairness will continue, with reference to parents.
    New legal aid changes, regarding barristers, may force individuals in Families to represent themselves.

    At least the premise is promising. Transparency is sorely lacking and the more steps - albeit "baby steps" - taken to alleviate the silencing of individuals, the better the chance of really protecting the rights of children.
