DCF Supervisor Jeff Gold 'stole' $100 and is still on the job because 'it happened while off the clock'. The man is a thief and has authority over 100+ children and families. Any reasonable thinking person understand Mr.Jeff Gold doesn't have the integrity for the job; but this is the State of CT and DCF ripe with improprieties: a drunk for a Commissioner (Sue Hamilton arrested for DUI) and an attorney (Duggin) who fabricated a document in retaliation against a whistleblower to have him fired. She was fined $1000 (slap on the wrist). These three and others in DCF are 'given' automatic 'integrity' in Family and Probate Courts while family's are easily disparaged by them. Disgusting! Employees with lack of character are 'prized' in this agency because every 'good' child they can 'snag' away from family's nets the State between $45-$65K/year in tax dollars. Good kids don't require services and have 'positive' outcomes hat benefits DCF's bottom line. DCF doesn't want 'troubled' kids as their treatment plans are smoke screens and results are poor.

The problem is not enough people in the community is fed up with this type of behavior. There needs to be letter campaigns to the heads of DCF and state legislators until heads start to roll...
