  1. Next Saturday 25th April is the spring conference of FACT,falsely accused carers, and teachers.
Last year there was a very good turn out, with at least 200 persons present.
Teachers lives are destroyed, with reference to false allegations, in some cases, people have their names vindicated, by being acquitted in the Crown Court, in some cases Social Services, decide to take no action, within the family unit, eg,no Care Proceedings, but the allegation is recorded forever, on a enhanced CRB,disclosure, supplied by the Criminal Records Bureau, resulting in that individual, never ever being allowed to work with Children,, or young people.
A recent Daily Telegraph report, stated that 17000. persons could be wrongly registered.
Trevor Jones, and myself from PAIN,and FASO spokeswomen Margaret Gardener, had a meeting with Shadow Justice Minister David Burrowes MP, within Parliament, to discus our concerns, but are still awaiting feedback, six months later.
I will post feedback from next Saturdays Conference.
The Conference, will take place, at Saint Chad's Roman Catholic Cathedral Birmingham UK, between 1230pm,and 4pm.
