Supporting Best Practice in Child Protection
Amendments to the Children, Young Persons and Their Families Act introduced to State Parliament today will ensure Tasmania’s child protection system is best practice.
The Minister for Human Services, Lin Thorp, said the amendments will address legislative changes recommended by the 2006 Child Protection Services in Tasmania report.
