Mother’s Day tea will benefit foster care system
Adoptive and foster mothers will receive a special honor at the sixth annual Mother's Day Tea at the JW Marriott resort in Summerlin.
Children of adoptive or foster mothers are invited to nominate their mothers for the My Special Mom contest for a chance to win $1,000 prize packages. The five winners will be announced at the May 9 Hats off to Child Focus tea. Each prize package includes a laptop computer.

I doubt that Kin carers, will be given the same rewards,a Mothers day tea, or slap up meal?.
