Convicted burglar transferred to SB County jail on murder charges
A convicted burglar in Riverside County was transferred to a San Bernardino County jail Monday to answer charges he robbed and killed a Barstow woman last year before setting her home on fire, records show.
Note: Another former foster child finally gets his forever home.
