A COUPLE’S two-year-old boy was raped by a foster child placed with the family by blundering social workers — who did not reveal he was a sex offender.
Note: They need more foster parents, you know.

Teenager placed with foster parents raped their son, 2, and sexually assaulted daughter, nine.
The 18-year-old teenager, who was homeless when he was taken in as “an emergency case”, had a history of alleged sexual approaches towards children but the family was not told of his background.
The Vale of Glamorgan Council was forced to apologise to the family for a “serious error of judgement” after the teenager was ordered to be detained indefinitely for the public’s protection.

I have reason to believe that DCF is taking children away from parents who are good and turning against innocent people for the sole purpose of "job security". How can one sleep at night with a knowing that full well they are destroying a good solid family and making once stable children into a bundle of nerves and anxiety. What is wrong with this picture? Does anyone have a clear answer to this?
