Social workers claim that a media frenzy is damaging the welfare of “father at 13” Alfie Patten, his one-time girlfriend Chantelle Steadman, 15, and her newborn daughter.
So Social Workers feel that the media will damage Alfie Patten’s family life. The Local Authority's throughout the country damage family life on a large scale on a daily basis, within the secret Family Courts. Babies are being taken from Hospital, within several hours of birth on Emergency Protection Orders, with very little evidence, given to support this action. One of my clients had four of her Children removed on a Emergency Protection order, after her five month old Baby suffered from a unexplained fracture of the clavicle with no trauma, on no occasion have Social Services used the clause of Kincareship, which should be used according to the Public law legal guidelines that came into operation on 1st April 2008, to which the so called Professionals disregard on a Daily basis. This Family have been given large amounts of money by the Sun Newspaper, but Jack Straw is preparing to put a gagging order on Parents that may have suffered a miscarriage of Justice and have had Children wrongly taken into Care, just to cover up the system abuse, which is happening on a larger scale.
