Adoption law is like licensed child abuse

Adoption law is like licensed child abuse

Have we lost our sense of humanity? It's a big question, and I'm afraid the answer seems to be a big YES.

Yes, we have lost our compassion.

  1. Adoption Law is System Abuse on a large scale.
The way the Webster's have been treated by the High Court Judge is beyond belief.
He stated there has been a miscarriage of Justice, but will not put his neck on the line, and overturn the Adoption Order.
My heart goes out to this poor couple.
This will be no consultation, even though they are being allowed to keep Brandon, with no Local Authority intervention.
With the opening up of the Family Courts, Judges, and Children's Panel Solicitors will come under scrutiny.
There is a lot more Emergency Protection Orders being instigated at present, especially within the West Midlands, several Babies have been taken within a few hours after birth.
Social Services are not using the Kincareship clause, where the child should be given to an immediate member of the family, such as Grandparents before a child is even taken into care, this is stated in the Public Legal Guidelines, that came out on 1st April 2008.
More families will be torn apart, after the Baby Peter tragedy.
