UPDATE: Man Charged With Murdering His Foster Mom
Guilford County sheriff investigators charged Carlos Ferdinand Olan with murder after his victim died Thursday.
He's been in the Guilford County jail charged with attempted first degree murder since his arrest on December 14, 2008. Deputies say Ferdinand called 911 early that morning saying his mom had fallen and was badly injured.
